How Our Storage Service Works
It’s straightforward.
You book a collection, and we collect your items directly from your home or business. Your belongings are then safely stored at our secure East Anglian facility for as long as you need.
You can store anything from a single box to the entire contents of a home or office. There are no hidden fees and no security deposit required.
Included as standard:
Free collection and delivery for individual items or boxes
One free collection and one free delivery with all bookings (minimum 12-week term)
Flexible scheduling, available seven days a week
Options for students, homeowners, and businesses

We are a local team with in-depth knowledge of East Anglia. From the busy streets of Ipswich and Colchester to rural areas near Thetford or Diss, we understand the logistics of local collections and deliveries. Our location allows us to offer faster response times and more flexible slots across the region.
Our customers use Simply Store for:

We also offer optional packing and removals services. If needed, we can even collect your items again after they’ve been returned.
Where do we cover?
Our coverage range is based on two zones.
Zone 1 includes 25 miles from our storage facility and includes locations such as Haverhill, Bury St Edmunds, Stowmarket, Ipswich, Hadleigh, Sudbury, Chelmsford, Witham, Clacton-on-Sea, Felixstowe and more.
Zone 2 is available for Simply Store to collect and return your items, but a flat 30% fee will be applied to our prices to allow for the increase in range. Includes locations such as Cambridge, Brandon, Lakenheath, Framlingham, Aldeburgh, Southwold, Diss, Mildenhall, Saffron Walden and more.
Outside of these zones: We do not currently offer our Simply Store service to these locations, but we are expanding our network, you can contact us directly to discuss your requirements if you are outside of our zones.
What's included
Collection, storage and delivery based on your original collection location. Delivery to a different location is available. Additional costs may apply if the new location is out of area. Email Info@simplystore.com for more information.
Simply Store Insurance
Insurance for goods up to a value of £2000 is included in our Simply Store contract with each customer. It will cover your items against third-party liability and more. View our policy here.
If your items are worth more than £2000 you can purchase additional cover.
